He is dedicated to providing precise and reliable property inspection services. Understanding the importance of your trust and investment, Ruben began his journey as a homeowner at the age of twenty-four, and with hard work and perseverance, he successfully attained his second home by thirty. He chose to pursue a career in the inspection industry to empower others, whether you are a first-time home buyer, a seasoned homeowner, or a business owner in need of property inspection support.
Ruben operates his business under a license issued in Fontana, CA, complemented by Errors & Omissions Insurance. A strong advocate for education, he remains updated in his industry. Ruben has completed 120 hours of live training at iGO Academy, a respected home inspection school, followed by another 120 hours through InterNACHI—the world’s largest home inspection organization—earning him the titles of CPI (Certified Property Inspector) and CMI (Certified Master Inspector). Additionally, he holds a Commercial certification from CCPIA (Certified Commercial Property Inspectors Association) obtain in Phoenix, AZ, and has pursued further training in Drone, Thermal Imaging, and Sewer Scope Inspections, with his certifications renewed biannually.
